Hi! I’m Lauren Southwood. I am a mom of two wonderful and energetic kids. Before becoming a mother, I was a middle school teacher for 10 years so I thought I would have this parenting thing down. However, I quickly learned in those early years that parenting was way more challenging than I ever expected. So I began embarking on the journey to discover how to make parenting a joyful experience. Through this process, I learned it is possible to build a relationship with children based on trust, collaboration, understanding, and connection. Now, as a certified parent coach, I am able to spread this knowledge with others so they can experience just how joyful parenting can be. I specialize in helping parents find the confidence to break free from generational cycles and allow them to raise independent, authentic, and well-adjusted children.
